My beliefs & approach
+I am a guide that creates and holds space for teams to deeply reflect, connect and find the answers when you have time to look harder.
+I will ask the hard questions, the too-easy-so-no-one-asks questions, the foundational questions. I do this with curiosity and with the intention to get you considering new perspectives and get unstuck.
+We will design how we work together so it suits you. Don’t like the word team-building? Cool. Want to have more conversation than activities? Great. This is about designing an experience for you.
